Legal Counsel (São Paulo)

As a Legal Counsel, you will foster and support PrimeiroPay’s existing and growing legal structure as a PSP in Brazil, Mexico and Europe.

Furthermore, you will draft and review agreements that will foresee PrimeiroPay’s relationship with partners, services providers and clients that are located in different parts of the world. You will also participate in the risk assessment of onboarding new clients that wish to commercially exploit their products within the Brazilian and Mexican territories. For that role, you will be required expertise in litigation (civil and processual law), as well as contractual law.


  • Degree in Law;
  • Specialization in Law (preferable corporate or civil law) will be appreciated;
  • 2 years or more of experience,
  • Dynamic, communicative and proactive.

 Previous experiences

  • Experience with consumer litigation;
  • Legal risk assessment and compliance;
  • Negotiation.


  • Fluent/Advanced Spanish, Protuguese and English.

Assistant Operations (Salzburg) - Part or full- time

PrimeiroPay has been growing more than 1,000% on a year-to-year basis. To foster our further growth, we are looking for an Assistant Operations in Salzbzurg.

  • You are helping our existing operations team with reconciliation tasks, invoicing, payments.
  • Support to develop internal KPI reports to guide Sales and Account Management in their decisions.
  • Be the first point of contact for our Accounting Team in Salzburg for any inquiries raising from the daily business activities.
  • Close collaboration with our Accounting and Operations team in Salzburg.
  • Manage payments and remittances from and to Salzburg.


  • 2 years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Key understanding of business and operational metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible and operate effectively in a relatively fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Experience in high growth start-up preferred.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must, additional languages a plus.
  • Preference to work in a young entrepreneurial environment.

Marketing Manager (Luxembourg)

As Marketing Manager,  you will foster PrimeiroPay’s existing and build new relationships with leading global merchants that (intend to) use PrimeiroPay’s services in Mexico and Brazil.
You will help our Sales Team to attend conferences, prepare materials, sales presentations. PrimeiroPay has been presenting its solution on various events – you will be the central point of contact to organize and manage such speaking engagements.
Our digital presence through our website, linkedIn and other networks is key to prospect new clients. You will be managing, developing and maintaining these medias.


·       Degree in Public Relations and in Advertisement;

·       MBA or Specialization in Marketing;

·       5 years or more of experience with marketing,

·       Previous experience with Brazilian market;

·       Dynamic, creative and proactive.

Business Development Manager (Mexico City)

You will:

  • Negotiate deals and close contracts.
  • Sell PrimeiroPay’s payment solution to large,  internationally operating corporations.
  • Generate new business for PrimeiroPay in areas such as Retail, Digital, Travel, Video Games.
  • Build a long-term trustful relation with your merchants.
  • Have personal contact with your merchants/prospects
  • Work together with our colleagues in all offices to seal the deal.
  • Coordinate contractual work.

You have:
