Development:

Java Developer (São Paulo)

As we keep growing, we are looking for a Java Developer to our skilled team in São Paulo, who would like to work in a technical challenging role and work with cutting edge technology on a platform. We need you to be part of our complex payment eco system (and make it seem so easy for everyone around you).
What you’ll do
• Responsible for full life cycle development: communicating with stakeholders and merchants and monitoring the impact of the feature;
• Design, implement, test and monitor new functionalities to the platform;
• Identify and improve parts of the platform to make it more robust and scalable;
• Collaborate across teams and time zones to make things happen, review code and be open to feedback.
Who you are
• Highly skilled with Java and SQL databases
• Conducting Frontend work for our interfaces is a big plus
• Experienced in building multithreaded applications
• Familiar with a complex high performance platform
• Someone with these skills: eye for detail, taking ownership, flexible and a team player
• Able to communicate in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus

Technical Support Engineer (Mexico City or São Paulo)

As Technical Support Engineer,  you operate as a first interface to our local acquiring partners in Mexico as well as with many of PrimeiroPay’s merchants across the globe, working closely with both the Sales and Partner Management teams. The ideal candidate is extremely merchant-focused and highly motivated by team success. Experience in a technology driven company is a definite plus.

Profile

  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
  • Affinity with internet technologies and knowledge of customer relations technical processes (such as SQL / HTML / Javascript / PHP)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Creative and innovative, have strong problem solving capabilities and is able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied technical requests.
  • Committed and flexible, demonstrate the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Abilities to write scripts, PHP or Java code is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experiences

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a technical role, wowing prospects with the technical capabilities and design of software products, with a strong ability to translate technical jargon into clear business benefit; Deep technical understanding of web services / APIs and system integrations. Good understanding of the payment industry, combined with good project management and planning skills are key to excel in this position. Ability to manage the interaction between Product, Sales, IT and Operations
  • Strong analytical skills and very practical approach in solving challenges

Global Sales Operations Manager (São Paulo)

We are looking for a hands-on leader based in São Paulo, reporting directly to our CEO, to own PrimeiroPay’s CRM to ensure it is a best-in-class CRM system. The ideal candidate will strike the right balance between having a strategic vision for the tool and not being afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

You will:

  • Be the architect of our CRM instance, constantly iterating on the system so it best fits our commercial teams’ needs
  • Be a link to our development and project management team to feed prospect’s and merchant’s needs
  • Drive initiatives to ensure PrimeiroPay’s global pipeline and actual “account status” from the CRM is accurate, up to date and trustworthy
  • Build & manage insightful and relevant dashboards to get a global view on pipeline development, individual sales performance and report on wins
  • Manage and support the Sales team having access to the latest decks to make their work seamlessly
  • Build & Manage all tools required for a successful pitch
  • Design a CRM instance that the global commercial team sees value in and uses happily and efficiently as their go-to business support tool
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to ensure the right processes and tools are in place for managing both inbound and ABM/outbound leads

You have:

  • You have 2-5 years of CRM administration experience
  • You have 2-5 years of Sales Operations or Sales-related experience
  • You are a strong collaborator, comfortable managing a variety of stakeholders from Sales to C-suite, and prioritizing and executing on what’s best for the business

Management, Legal and Compliance:

Managing Director PrimeiroPay Cyprus (Nicosia)

Assume overall responsibility for the establishment of Primeiro Group in Cyprus and to achieve the Company’s objectives efficiently and profitably, in line with Group strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Primeiro Group’s plans and objectives in regards to expanding to Cyprus and the Middle East region in the field of payment services
  • Be responsible for the establishment of the Primeiro presence and offices in Cyprus including recruitment of staff
  • Act as a primary contact between the Company and the local regulator
  • Keep the operations of the Company under constant review and report to the Board of Directors by providing (on a consistent basis) management information
  • Formulate a strategy to attain objectives and establish a structure of delegated responsibilities to ensure effective full control of the Company
  • Represent the Company nationally and internationally
  • Ensure that the general management of the Company’s operations is in accordance to the objectives set by the Board of Directors
  • Ensure an optimum level of customer service that keeps clients satisfied at all times
  • Ensure that performance standards of all personnel are consistently maintained
  • Keep abreast with market trends and requirements
  • Act as a primary contact between the Company and its legal advisors, auditors, bankers and key customers
  • Liaise with the Departmental Managers in order to discuss matters relating to the overall control of the Company and to communicate the Board’s decisions
  • Dispense advice, guidance, direction and authorisation to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies and Board approval
  • Be responsible for the hiring, promotions, transfers and discharges of all staff including the design and maintenance of an effective organisation structure, developing a management team and providing the direction and vision to ensure effective, efficient and productive operations
  • Ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout
  • Review the operating results of the Company and compare them to established objectives and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Must have a proven experience in senior management level of at least ten (10) years, in the banking/financial services sector
  • Experience with payment institutions and payment services will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with regulated environment will be considered an advantage
  • Must have strong financial management understanding
  • Must be educated to a sufficient level (university graduate or holder of a recognised professional qualification in the areas of Banking and Finance, Economics, Law, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or in any other related subject)
  • Must have excellent leadership and management skills
  • Must be assertive and confident in approach
  • Must have strong analytical and reasoning abilities
  • Must have a strong business acumen
  • Must be trustworthy and of high moral integrity
