Our customer support department is looking for a team player with a passion for customer service! What you’ll do:

  • Have passion for our customers!
  • Responsible for your own tasks, still making sure to cooperate with your colleagues in customer support to constantly improve the department. Work with customer service in a Startup company.
  • Assist customer’s inquiries with excellence and SLA.
  • Ensure the customer had a successful experience.
  • Comply with customer’s service metrics.
  • Report process and product improvements.
  • Investigate problems with our acquirers.
  • Investigar problemas junto com nossas adquirentes.

Requirements

We are looking for the following skills:

  • College degree in any field of study.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience.
  • Experience in assisting customer support through the platforms Jira and Zendesk. Independent, self-starter and ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge in Spanish is a plus!
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
